2021.11.29 13:57 cshaxercs Bottom 6 fg% anchors in the league right now. And guess what? Westbrook & Smart are nowhere near this list. The new sheriff in town is...

Bottom 6 11.29 SNAPSHOT M/G P/G FG% 3PM 3PT% TO
1 Jayson Tatum 36.6 24.3 39.5% 2.7 31.6% 2.7
2 Jalen Suggs 27.7 12.1 33.6% 1.3 24.8% 3.3
3 NAW 29.2 14.3 37.0% 2.1 30.3% 1.5
4 Cade Cunningham 31.3 13 33.5% 1.8 24.5% 3.5
5 Saddiq Bey 32.5 13.1 36.3% 1.9 29.4% 1.4
6 Ricky Rubio 29.4 14.6 36.6% 2.1 35.6% 3.1

Player Notes: Tatum: Buy-Low; his fg% can only go up at this point... Suggs: 12T Shaky Hold; Good minutes, usage is there, but efficiency is a problem. NAW: 12T Drop; With Zion coming back soon, I don't see any reason to hold this guy. Bey: 12T Shaky Hold; Similar story to Suggs. Minutes are there, but 36% off 13.4 attempts is tough to hold if your not punting fg% Rubio: 12T Hold; His 2.1 3's per game is a nice surprise with 6.4 ast per game. Overall he's doing well, just not an efficient shooter.

Any of these guys surprise you? Thoughts?

2021.11.29 13:57 meyatt New Business Purchases

I'm seeking a little bit of advice. I've worked for agencies the past 12-13 years, and coming January 2022 I'm leaving my job and intended to freelance full-time. I've gone through setting up my LLC (likely will do the s-corp election), setting up my business checking account, and have a business credit card. I have a major purchase coming up and am not quite sure how I should go about it due to timing.
I will need to return my work laptop and replace it with a personal one. The lead time for Apple for the one I'd like is about two months — what's the best way to go about purchasing this? Should I:

I do have contracts lined up for January through March, however those invoices won't hit my accounts to end of January or early February. I'm in the process of vetting a few CPA / accountants locally but thought I'd ask this question here as it pertains to startup costs before the business is earning.

2021.11.29 13:57 Gopherofdoomies Is dnd in trouble?

In the last three campaigns I have played, out of 13 other players/DMs, only two had watched Monty Python.
I remember the days when there had to be “No Monty Python quoting” rules at tables, but now, it seems like barely anybody knows of it. This is troubling, to say the least.

2021.11.29 13:57 AgentMV My outdoor outlets aren’t working. Have check panel box, no tripped breaker

Hi everyone new home owner here that just recently moved in up in Canada. This house is about 12 years old and when I went to plug in outdoor Christmas lights, I found that the outdoor outlets are not working. Every other outlet in the house is fine, as I went and plugged in a simple nightlight in all of them.
Both front and back of the house outdoor outlets aren’t working. I replaced the front outlet with a working one and that doesn’t work either. I’ve checked if the circuit for the outdoor outlets have been tripped and have tested it over and over by going off to on.
The only last thing I can think of is the circuit breaker itself. I used to hear clicking noises coming from the panel box as my office is in the basement where the panel box is from. That clicking noise has stopped for a week now.
Do I have a bad circuit breaker that needs to be replaced? Or is the problem bigger than a DIY?
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. I’ll be getting a voltmeter to test it today as well.

2021.11.29 13:57 atreviz0 The Rams aren’t Bad

Sunday I wasn’t able to watch the game because I was at work, but I was scrolling through Twitter and Instagram and saw a lot of people saying the Rams are just bad now, and honestly I don’t think that’s the case at all. The defense didn’t look bad at all, it’s kind of hard to keep a team under 30 points when your offense has 3 turnovers and you have a special teams turnover. Offense showed moments of explosiveness through out the whole game, especially the deep balls to Van J and OBJ. It’s also ridiculous we don’t have someone to return our kicks and punts this late in the year, like seriously that fumble by koski was a HUGE mistake and honestly might’ve been the play that lost us the game. I could still see the Rams easily going 11-6 with almost a for sure spot in the playoffs and once we get in the playoffs I know we’re going to be very dangerous. Thoughts?

2021.11.29 13:57 tanstaafl74 Finished the MSQ: Yet another WoW exile's review

I, like a huge number of people, quit WoW for two primary reasons. 1. Shadowlands 2. Bliz internal issues. I spent the last half a year or so bouncing between games and finally decided to give FFXIV a go, mostly due to Preach and Asmongold raving about it. Here's my not so important and probably not as verbose as it should be opinion.
Here's my job path on my journey to level 70: Arcanist -> ScholaSummoner level both to 50 where I picked up Samurai then -> SummoneSamurai to level 70. I was able to keep two jobs nearly even most of the way due to the XP boost provided, which was nice.
The good: FFXIV was not what I expected it to be, but honestly, I had never taken the time to learn about the game. The level of refinement in the game is next level and not something that can really be found in WoW, which is rough around the edges when compared side by side with it. This can probably be attributed to the relative engine ages and the way expansions are kind of tacked on to the whole in WoW instead of integrating the world seamlessly like FFXIV does.
The feeling of immersion as well as the general feel of the game as a new player in FFXIV is head and shoulders above the new player experience in WoW, leveling for the first time. The MSQ design that slowly reveals the entire world, story, and general feel of the game is superbly designed and paced to make a player feel impactful in their leveling process.
The graphics were solid and, in many cases, stunningly beautiful. Every zone, story point, fight, dungeon, random travel experience, or whatever I was doing at the time always featured something that I would just stop and look at, because...oh hey, that's nice.
And I would feel remiss if I didn't mention that the overall story of the game was amazing. I cared what happened to people, I was surprised and happy or upset when I was supposed to be surprised and happy or upset. I was invested fully into the story and I couldn't wait to find out what happened next.
And, most of all, the general social aspect of the game is vastly superior to WoW and its generally toxic experience with people. The dead silence in groups in WoW is off putting after comparing it to the much more open and friendly grouping in FFXIV. People are patient and don't mind explaining basic things to new players. This was almost unheard of in my experience in WoW and I love FFXIV most for this.
The bad: This is a purely subjective thing and probably not very fair given WoW's age and the time available to them to expand on their world, but the variety in environments are fairly lacking compared to WoW. In Shadowlands alone the variance of environments smashes what you come across in FFXIV expansions.
Combat. WoW combat is head and shoulders above FFXIV. It's faster, and more importantly, it's more reactive by design. Sure, as you gain levels in FFXIV you get more buttons to push in between other buttons, but that does not translate to actual speed of combat. That is just being busier. This may be chalked up more to the classes I was playing, but when things start to go bad while soloing in WoW I have options, depending on what class I'm playing, to react in very specific ways, to change tactics on in a split second to survive or adapt to what is happening. This just wasn't on the same level in FFXIV. (Side note: In FFXIV I found myself in these kinds of situations far less than I did in WoW, which speaks to the overall challenge of the games respectively.)
Raids. I hate the disco platforms nearly all raids take place on in FFXIV. They were incredibly immersion breaking. I liked that in WoW if you are invading a castle you walk through a castle to a believable, if large, room of that castle for the raid, etc. Raids in FFXIV felt more like a dance routine than a fight many times, they were fun, but the depth of the raids compared to WoW was a bit lacking (imo).
Overall: I really loved playing through FFXIV's MSQ and I'm very much looking forward to Endwalker and spending more time in the game. I've met a lot of amazing people and am always kind of taken back by the overall acceptance of people in this game. While I do have some things in WoW that I liked better, FFXIV is more than enough to keep me happy for a very long time and, who knows, with time I may come around to seeing things differently.

2021.11.29 13:57 chambo143 When was the first recorded use of chords on the bass guitar?

I was listening to the Beatles’ All I’ve Got To Do and I realised Paul is playing power chords on the verses, which I was surprised to hear from as early as 1963. Was there anyone else doing it before that?

2021.11.29 13:57 TheGreatWalk Best modern day equivalent to S7 Active? Need to upgrade

Hello,
I'm looking for closest modern upgrade to S7 active. Primary features I like : longest battery life possible + being somewhat rugged + headphone jack. Obviously needs standard smartphone features as well. Swappable battery would be preferred. No Apple, and my carrier is at&t (not sure if that matters anymore).
Unfortunately, my current S7 active's battery is starting to bulge, making it dangerous to keep around, but since I can't just swap the battery out, I may as well upgrade to a more modern version. I intend to keep it for a long time, like I did with this one.

2021.11.29 13:57 Henry-Thoreau-away GIS Analyst Flagstaff AZ (Gas Utility)

Salary Range: $45k-$75k (although bottom end of the scale is really only reserved for folks with no GIS experience at all.)
Cost of Living Notes: Average 1-Bed Apartment in Flagstaff is about $1300/month or more. Buying a home is very expensive, with the average SFH going for $400k+. We always like to say "we get paid like Kansas to live in California".
Ideal Candidate: Entry Level, just out of college. Yes, that means lower end of pay-scale, which will be hard in Flagstaff if single and living alone.
Who We're Looking For: We'll gladly take more experienced candidates, but we're really hiring to fill a need for more help doing "boring work" of data entry and digitization, of which is at least 50% of the job. We don't do a ton of analysis (despite the title), we're trying to get away from custom code, and we'll be upgrading to ArcGIS Pro soon. You'll be on the ground floor of a enterprise wide GIS upgrade. Our team is in the center of everything, without the ability to control anything but the GIS. As a result, our GIS is pretty bomber, but most of our "cool stuff" is really only used by our small team. That means a frustrating lack of support, but ability to learn a lot about how utilities and enterprise wide GIS systems operate.
Perks: We do get out in the field occasionally, usually (if priority work allows) 1-2 days a month.
Non-Perks: This isn't a remote job. Although we are hybrid right now, someday you'll be expected to be in one of our offices across northern Arizona.

2021.11.29 13:57 thomasscot7 Bluetti is offering its 5100Wh Portable Power Station $700 off for the rest of the day

I noticed someone posted this deal last Friday, and it seems the company decided to run it today as well so I'd thought I'd mention it in case someone missed out the first time around. You just need to use the coupon code "EP500" on the official site https://www.bluettipower.com/products/ep500-2000w-5100wh-solar-generator. It looks like they got deals on some of the smaller units as well so, hopefully it helps someone out since finding the better deals on this type of equipment is not normally that easy.
